Position : Production Trainee

Location : Poonamalle, Chennai

Department : Manufacturing/production

- Core Function: Production / Assembly / Quality.
- Line Operations: Highly comfortable working on a standing assembly line for extended periods.
- Machine Handling: Operate and handle electronic production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Check components to maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free assembly and manufacturing.
- Safety & Upkeep: Follow strict factory safety rules, company policies, and maintain cleanliness/housekeeping in the assigned work area.
- Target Achievement: Support the team in achieving daily production quotas and report any machine or material anomalies to supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Any Degree, or B.E. / B.Tech.
- Experience: Freshers are preferred.
- Gender: Both Male & Female candidates are eligible.
- Age Limit: Generally 18 to 35 years depending on the specific hiring scheme.
