Design coordinator -Design

Overview:

The Design Manager with 515 years of experience in structural design of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The role requires solid leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills. A Bachelor's and Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the structural design team and workflow.
- Ensure design compliance with specifications, IMS, OSH, and EMS standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for design alignment.
- Review and validate design briefs, drawings, and GFC documentation.
- Provide technical support to site teams and ensure timely design delivery.
- Implement value engineering for cost efficiency.




- Support contracts team in design-related tenders and documentation.
- Manage escalations and oversee team performance.

Requirements:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8+ years in structural design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in, STAAD-Pro ADAPT, RAM Concept, RAPT, ETABS.
- Experience in high-rise structures and post-tensioned systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
