Urgent Opportunity for the role of BIM Engineer Aurangabad site

Job Summary

The BIM MEP Engineer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role involves clash detection, model coordination, drawing extraction, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM software.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of project models.
- Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Generate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
- Extract quantities and prepare BOQs from BIM models.




- Conduct model audits and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications related to MEP installations.
- Maintain project documentation and BIM records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for MEP services.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Positive understanding of MEP design principles, codes, and industry standards.
- Experience in Data Center, Commercial, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects preferred.
