Role & responsibilities :

IT -Asst. Manager (Salesforce Developer)

- Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline minimum qualification required
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with solid focus on Service Cloud
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD II or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) is a plus
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Job Description:

1.Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge base, and CTI/VRA integrations

2.Perform code (developed by other team members)



reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

3. Manage end-to-end deployment processes across sandboxes and production environments using change sets, DX, or CI/CD pipelines. Maintain release related documents/approvals.

4. Collaborate with functional/business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.

5. Support integration efforts with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, AWS middleware) where applicable

6. Provide inputs and support on Marketing Cloud initiatives when required.

7. Handle Business-As-Usual (BAU) support, including monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis for production issues

8. Perform troubleshooting of Apex code, flows, integrations, and data issues, ensuring minimal downtime

9. Maintain technical documentation for custom development, configurations, and deployment processes

10. Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
