About the role

Were looking for a Test Engineer with experience in both manual testing and test automation, or a strong foundation in manual testing and the motivation to develop automation skills. Youll help ensure our software is reliable, easy to use, and ready for release.

Role & responsibilities

- Review requirements and identify test scenarios, edge cases, and risks.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration coverage.
- Create clear defect reports and work with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes.
- Maintain test cases and automation scripts as the product evolves.
- Support API, web, or mobile testing as needed.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teammates throughout the development cycle.
- Help improve our testing practices and product quality.

Preferred candidate profile





- At least 1 year of experience in software testing.
- A solid understanding of test case design, defect reporting, and quality assurance.
- Experience with manual testing and some exposure to test automation, or the initiative to learn and build automation skills.
- Familiarity with testing web or mobile applications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
- A curious, methodical approach to investigating unexpected behavior.

Positive to have

- Exposure to tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Basic knowledge of API testing with Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Agile development, and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
