About the Role
We are looking for an Operations / Onboarding Executive in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune in our multiple centers to manage candidate onboarding, telecalling, training coordination and day-to-day program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and counsel prospective candidates, explain the program and drive enrolments.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, training coordination and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates, trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Track attendance, payments,
enrolments and candidate progress using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Handle candidate issues, conduct occasional field visits and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, telecalling, customer success, field coordination or similar roles.
- Freshers with no prior experience but have great skills are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication, follow-up and people-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven work.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel locally for field work when required.
