- Supervise engineers, HK, Security, Horticulture and maintenance staff
- Manage engineering operational accounts and develop operating plans
- Handle maintenance/engineering issues and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Develop and enforce asset-specific maintenance and safety procedures
- Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and engineers
- Oversee building systems (fire safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Administer equipment and construction warranties
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives
- Conduct regular inspections and adjust equipment as needed
