About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing professionals to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of solar panels, inverters, and associated solutions. This role demands a combination of field sales efforts, digital marketing awareness, and a consultative approach to customer needs.

Role & responsibilities

- Promote and sell solar products and EPC solutions/ structures/ modules to commercial, and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, installers, and channel partners.
- Present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team for timely execution and delivery of solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.




- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM entries
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

Preferred Experience:

- 2- 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in solar or allied sectors.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in channel partner development and institutional sales is an advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interest in sustainable energy and solar power solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with a passion for client satisfaction.

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.

• Understanding of solar PV systems and industry trends is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as per market requirements.
