Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in mainframe batch monitoring or similar role.
- Robust understanding of console monitoring tools such as TWS (Time Workstation Scheduler).
- Experience with workload automation technologies like Automic or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics software.
