Lead / Area Lead - Electrolyser Package
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in Electrolyser Packages, Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Green Methanol, and associated Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrochemical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
Experience8-15 years of relevant experience in
Electrolyser and Green Hydrogen Projects
Green Ammonia / Green Methanol
Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical and Fertilizer Projects
Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Hydrotreating and Desulfurization Projects
EPC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction amp; Commissioning

Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering activities for Electrolyser Packages and associated BOP systems
Preparation and review of technical specifications, MRs, RFQs, datasheets and TBEs
Coordinate with licensors, OEMs, vendors, clients and multidisciplinary teams
Review PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts,



electrical systems and vendor documentation
Participate in HAZOP, SIL, design reviews, model reviews and risk assessments
Support procurement, construction, commissioning, performance testing and project closure
Review Electrolyser power systems including Rectifiers, Converter Transformers, DC Busbars, MCCs, UPS and STATCOM systems

Preferred Experience
Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Green Methanol, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Oil amp; Gas, and Renewable Energy Projects
Experience with leading Electrolyser OEM technologies such as: NEL | Thyssenkrupp Nucera | John Cockerill | Siemens Energy | Plug Power | Cummins | ITM Power | Sunfire | Sungrow | Shanghai Electric and equivalent technologies.
