Job Title: Accountant ( Only Male candidates )
Location: Faridabad (sector 27 c)
Experience Required: 3- 4 Years
Salary Budget: 30 k to 35 k per monthly
Working Days - 6
Timing- 10:00 am to 07:00pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and general accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally.
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions,
and filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting.
- Experience in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
