- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (students) to promote educational programs and services offered by the institution.
- Develop solid relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in admission counselling, b2c sales, or related fields such as career counselling or educational sales.
- Strong understanding of edtech industry trends and developments in online education platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with prospective students over the phone.
