- Manage front line sales activities to achieve business targets through direct channel.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.

- Identify new business prospects and generate leads through various marketing initiatives.

- Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
