Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners or Max one month notice
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days from Office and Saturday from Home)

What You'll Do

- Demo the product to clients and help them understand the automation journey.
- Help clients collate the data and information required for successful product rollout.
- Understand existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation for development teams.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams, clients and partner teams, explaining findings and recommendations.
- Generate insights that can help validate business/pilot initiatives and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to implement data-driven strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Assess market size, sector dynamics and business potential to make relevant recommendations.
- Deep dive into financial metrics, including margins and unit economics, to assess business viability and scalability.




- Assist in formalizing business plans and track performance against defined goals.
- Identify and put together relevant metrics for performance tracking and measurement.
- Keep yourself updated on new product releases and continuously enhance product and domain knowledge.
- Analyze usage data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We Seek

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of BRD, FRD, user stories and requirement documentation.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong program management skills with attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain information in a structured manner.
- High bias for action and a Can-Do attitude to drive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering will be an advantage.

Valuable to Have

Interest, understanding or prior experience in the Cognitive AI / Conversational AI space will be an added advantage.
