- Ensure highest level of asset availability of Utility Equipments (Compressors/Chillers/RODM water treatment plants/MEE-ETP-STP etc.) Process/Manufacturing Skids
- Operation and Maintenance of Engineering Utilities (Compressors/Chillers/RODM water treatment plants/MEE-ETP-STP (Wastewater Treatment plants/DG’s/HVAC/Boilers/Tank Farms).
- Ensuring compliance and secure usage of Lifting Tools and Tackles, Hot Work (Welding/Cutting) and effective Preventive Maintenance of Engineering components viz., Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Vacuum Systems, Drive Systems (Gearboxes, Chain/Belt Drives, Conveyors, motors), Pumping System (Pumps, Manufacturing vessels and associated accessories), Others (Fans/Blowers/AHU’s/Scrubbers/Couplings/Bearings/alignments).
