We are looking for an Assistant Hub Incharge (AHI) to support the Hub Incharge in managing day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, delivery operations, and timely shipment movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Hub Incharge in managing day-to-day hub operations.
- Monitor inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, stacking and outbound activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed within defined SLA and TAT.
- Coordinate with delivery executives/riders for smooth last-mile operations.
- Support rider allocation, attendance and productivity tracking.
- Monitor shipment ageing, pending shipments, undelivered shipments and exceptions.
- Ensure proper COD collection, reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain hub discipline, safety and operational standards.
- Support stock and shipment audits and ensure accurate system updates.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, attendance and operational reports.
- Handle customer/service-related escalations at the hub when required.
- Support the Hub Incharge in achieving daily productivity, quality and SLA targets.
- Take charge of the hub in the absence of the Hub Incharge.
- Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate preferred; Diploma/PUC candidates with relevant experience can also be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, warehouse, hub or last-mile operations.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.
- Ability to manage riders/delivery executives and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Good knowledge of the local area and last-mile delivery operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
- Preferred Skills
