Job Title: Individual Relationship Officer Mortgage (MIRO)

Job Description:

- Source mortgage customers through cold calling, lead generation and market visits.
- Generate leads and collect KYC & required documents.
- Develop and maintain DSA relationships for business generation.
- Coordinate with Risk and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for timely repayments and collections.
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.

Eligibility:

- Age: Below 32 years
- Qualification: UG / Degree
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Willingness to travel in the field

Salary: 3.5 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Location: Melur, Cumbum, Vadipatti, Vadamadurai, Peraiyur, Madurai
