We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our OPPO Authorised Service Center team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining OPPO smartphones while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in OPPO smartphones.
Perform repair and replacement of faulty components as per company guidelines.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within defined TAT.
Maintain proper documentation of job sheets, service reports, and parts usage.
Follow OPPO service protocols, quality standards, and SOPs strictly.
Coordinate with the service manager and spare parts team for productive workflow.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate technical guidance.
Ensure proper usage and handling of tools, equipment, and company assets.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the service center.Role & responsibilities
