- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in BFSI sales, cross sales, and insurance sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for loan sales, CASA sales, and field sales to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in banking sales, casa sales, cross sales, insurance sales or loan sales.
- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to develop targeted campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
