Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Aerospace Logistics business for Delhi/NCR.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for aerospace and aviation customers.
- Handle AOG and time-critical shipments with strict adherence to delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, aviation companies, and aerospace suppliers.
- Drive business development, revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and related logistics activities.
- Coordinate with international offices, airlines, freight forwarders, customs teams, and vendors.
- Develop solutions for complex and high-value aerospace shipments.
- Monitor operational KPIs, revenue, margins, service levels, and customer performance.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop the regional operations and commercial team.
- Identify recent business opportunities within the aerospace and aviation sector.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for critical/time-sensitive shipments.
