We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NetSuite Expert Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and system administration within the NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting knowledge, hands on NetSuite experience, and the ability to streamline financial processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in NetSuite.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy accounts receivable (AR).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual Investor reporting.

NetSuite Administration & Support

- Configure and maintain NetSuite financial modules.
- Create and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Monitor system integrity and troubleshoot accounting-related issues.
- Maintain chart of accounts, accounting periods, and financial controls. Support NetSuite upgrades, testing,



and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Reporting & Analysis

- Identify and investigate accounting variances and discrepancies.
- Develop customized reports for business stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policies.
- Maintain proper financial records and audit trails.

Process Improvement

- Recommend and implement accounting process improvements.
- Automate manual accounting activities using NetSuite capabilities.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
