Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive NPS growth and meet revenue targets across assigned geographies.
- Manage and deepen relationships with large corporates to increase NPS market share and ensure client retention.
- Lead and support the sales team to improve productivity, performance, and goal achievement.
- Conduct regular NPS awareness sessions and engage with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Acquire new NPS and annuity clients while monitoring competitor activity and safeguarding existing relationships.
- Travel to corporate locations to strengthen engagement and explore recent business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms, while providing timely reports and insights to management.
