1 Execution and supervision of civil maintece, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects.
2 Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment, work fronts and schedules.
3 Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements/billing.
4 Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.
5 Coordination with Production, Maintece, Projects, Safety, Purchase and other stakeholders.
6 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and site requirements.
7 Preparation of estimates, scope of work, technical evaluations and work completion documentation.
