Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the logistics industry and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, coordinating with business teams, and handling recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs from business/operations teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage hiring for logistics, last-mile, warehouse, hub, store, fleet, and operations roles.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to close positions within defined timelines.
- Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, closures, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source performance.
- Handle and guide a team of recruiters to achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.




- Allocate requirements to team members and monitor individual recruitment performance.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity and closures.
- Identify recruitment challenges and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Candidates with a Logistics / E-commerce / Supply Chain background preferred.
- Experience in team handling and recruiter management.
- Experience in bulk hiring is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi – both verbal and written.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
