Role & responsibilities
* perate and monitor the food processing and production machines.
* Handle the roasting process as per production and quality standards.
* Ensure proper packaging and sealing of finished products.
* Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
* Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
* Maintain daily production and process records.
* Coordinate with the production and quality team for smooth operations.
Preferred candidate profile
* Experience in roasting operations.
* Knowledge of packaging processes and machines.
* Understanding of food production processes.
* Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
* Ability to work in a production workplace and shifts.
