Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source reliable vendors and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to identify material requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
- Track and resolve discrepancies in order fulfillment and invoicing
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a strong supplier database
- Ensure timely processing of bills and coordinate with the accounts team
- Stay updated on market trends and material cost fluctuations
- Store inventory Purchase
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP software
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage procurement timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
