Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR / SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PA, OM, CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet / My Timesheet) and Mini Master configuration and implementation.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR
- Robust experience in SAP PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management)
- Hands-on experience in SAP CATS / My Timesheet / Time Sheet
- Experience in CATS configuration and implementation
- Experience with SAP HR Mini Master configuration and implementation




- Configure and maintain Time Management, Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules, including Rotational Schedules
- Experience in Time-Off / Leave Management, accruals and entitlement processes
- Handle Time Capture, Time Review, Approval and Time Processing
- Experience with CATS time recording against Cost Centers, WBS elements and other assignments
- Handle historical time adjustments, corrections and reconciliation
- Work closely with HR and Payroll teams for time-related issues and period-end activities
- PCR and Schema experience is not required
