Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, compensation, and other job-specific criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker/MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closure.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and close open positions.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed TATs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Positive understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
