Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment - Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation,



salary discussions and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and MIS reports.
- Assist in improving the candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Freshers with a robust interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment can apply.

Preferred:
Candidates who have completed an MBA/PGDM/MHRM in HR and are interested in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
