Position: QA/QC Engineer / Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager Piling & Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge about Bored cast in situ pile through hydraulic rig- Boring, depth check, cage/tremie lowering, washing of bore hole ,etc
2. Inspection & checking of reinforcement cage, cover blocks,etc.
3. Test & control the properties of Drilling fluid (Bentonite/ polymer)
4. Knowledge on tremie removal process
5. Test of Raw materials (Aggregate, cement & admixture) for pile concrete
6. Adequate knowledge batching plant operation
7. Robust knowledge in pile load tests & pile integrity test
8. Clear understanding on Quality documents
9. Sound knowledge In relevant IS codes
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in piling, foundation and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
