UnQue is building software for the beauty and wellness industry — helping salons, tattoo studios, nail studios, bridal studios, and make-up studios run their operations better through technology.
About the Role
As a BDE, you will be the face of UnQue in the market — meeting salon and studio owners face-to-face, understanding their day-to-day business challenges, and showing them how UnQue's software can make their operations easier. This is a field-first role built around daily visits, live demos, and relationship-building with small business owners and decision-makers.
What You Will Do
1. Generate new business through field visits.
2. Meet business owners, partners and founders and demonstrate UnQue's software live.
3. Build relationships and convert leads into paying customers.
4. Maintain accurate sales records and conduct regular follow-ups.
Who You Will Sell To
Salons | Tattoo Studios | Nail Studios | Bridal Studios | Make-up Studios — owners, partners and founders who make the buying decision.
What We're Looking For
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2.
6 months to 3 years of sales/business development experience; freshers with strong communication and confidence will also be considered.
3. Fluency in the local language of the city you applied for
4. Robust communication and negotiation skills.
5. Comfortable with field sales and daily local travel.
6. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence strongly preferred.
Compensation
Fixed plus performance-based incentives, and a retention bonus of 72,000 which will be recieved after a year.
Training & Development
2-week Sales Training Program covering product knowledge, sales process, MAN Discovery, customer understanding, demonstration skills, objection handling and field execution. Philosophy: sales should happen through skill, not pressure.
