Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Application Specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying recent business opportunities and growing existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions using Servo Motors, PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and other industrial automation technologies.
- Provide technical expertise on motion control products such as servo motors and drives.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in industrial automation industry as an Application Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA systems, PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley), and motion control technologies (servo motors).
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead projects from concept to delivery.
- Proven track record of success in building strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
