Role & responsibilities

- Develop and optimize automotive coating formulations for 4-wheeler applications.
- Conduct laboratory trials, formulation modifications, and performance evaluations.
- Work on primer, basecoat, clearcoat, topcoat and related automotive coating systems.
- Perform testing of coatings for:
- Adhesion
- Gloss and DOI
- Hardness
- Impact resistance
- Flexibility
- Chemical/solvent resistance
- Salt spray/corrosion resistance
- UV/weathering
- Scratch and abrasion resistance
- Color and shade matching
