Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media platforms).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS on hiring status, TAT, and source effectiveness.
- Participate in walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required.
