Job Overview

We are looking for German-speaking freshers for an exciting Apprentice opportunity in Gurgaon. Candidates must have completed their German B1 certification across all four modules and possess good communication skills in both German and English.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- German B1 certification completed in all 4 modules
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support in German and English.




- Assist customers with their concerns through effective communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.
