Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 support for network issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems related to routers, switches, and other network devices.

- Configure and manage router configurations on Cisco ASA firewalls, switch configuration on Cisco Switches (3750/6509), and network configuration on Fortinet Firewall.

- Troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP; understand how these protocols work and their applications in real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve high-priority incidents within SLA timelines.

- Document all resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in Network Support Engineering with expertise in Network Administration, Switch Configuration, Router Configuration, Network Configuration.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocol suite; familiarity with firewall rulesets like Cisco ASA & Fortigate.
