We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in Process Excellence, with a focus on I&E; - Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence and be able to drive improvements in the organization.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
- Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on recent processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.

Job Requirements





- Strong understanding of process excellence principles and methodologies.
- Experience in driving process improvements in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Strong knowledge of I&E; - Utilities operations and processes, with experience in managing teams and leading projects.
