1. JOB PURPOSE
- Development of Service literature for recent models and new technology.
- Coordination with Engg and SMC.
- Development of Special Service Tools
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Service Literature Development:
- Need to work on Engineering systems like I-BOM, DRS etc to understand model design for development of repair procedures.
- On job activity on vehicles to align understanding from design drawing and actual vehicle.
- Need to handle confidential information related to vehicle design, specification for future models.
- Understanding of domestic and export market legal requirements in terms of defining content in manuals to take care of compliance.
- Coordination with SMC and Engineering team for development activities of manual data.
3. MAJOR CHALLENGES
- Managing confidentiality of project
- Handling engineering systems (IBOM, UG, Team Center) and understanding of engineering drawing.
- Managing requirements and deadlines very strictly as required by SMC, and model launch prospective
- Handling activities related to OEM and working within the company guidelines considering OEM projects.
