Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter/Sourcer to identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open positions. The Recruiter/Sourcer will work closely with the recruiting team to source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Review job descriptions and understand the required skills and qualifications.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, Boolean searches, and other recruiting platforms.
- Search for candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and similar tools.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and text messages to discuss available opportunities.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match the job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and verify skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and sourcing activity in the ATS or recruiting database.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future positions.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and provide qualified candidates.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process and maintain regular communication.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruiting goals.
- Ensure candidate information and submissions are accurate and complete.

Required Skills

- 6+ months of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using LinkedIn and online job boards.
- Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical job descriptions.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting/ATS tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, manufacturing, or professional positions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and multiple open positions.
