Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and blended customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call quality and meet defined performance metrics.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

- Freshers are eligible.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.




- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive typing speed.
- Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.

Salary Package:

- Freshers: 17,000 30,000 (Based on assessment scores)
- Experienced: 23,000 38,000 (Based on assessment scores)

Salary will be determined based on assessment scores and experience.
