Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hub Incharge (HI) to manage end-to-end hub operations, ensuring smooth shipment processing, timely dispatch and delivery, rider management, inventory accuracy, and achievement of operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hub operations including inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, stacking and outbound activities.
- Ensure all shipments are processed within defined SLA and TAT.
- Manage and monitor delivery executives/riders, including attendance, allocation and productivity.
- Plan daily manpower and ensure adequate rider availability for delivery operations.
- Monitor pending, ageing, undelivered and exception shipments and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper COD collection, reconciliation and submission.
- Monitor shipment and inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Coordinate with line-haul, last-mile, customer support and other teams for smooth operations.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive hub productivity, delivery performance and service quality.
- Ensure proper hub discipline, safety, cleanliness and compliance with company SOPs.




- Support rider hiring and onboarding based on business requirements.
- Conduct regular team briefings and monitor individual/team performance.
- Take ownership of overall hub performance and achieve assigned business targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate preferred; Diploma/PUC candidates with strong relevant experience can be considered.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, warehouse, hub or last-mile operations.
- Prior experience as Hub Incharge / Hub Supervisor / Operations Supervisor / Team Leader is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of local geography and last-mile delivery operations.
- Experience in rider management, COD handling and shipment operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and operational systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and on holidays as per operational requirements.
