Job Title: HR Head / CHRO - GCC Setup

Location: Whitefield, EPIP Zone, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to establish and lead the Human Resources function for a Global Capability Centre (GCC) being set up in Bengaluru. The role will be responsible for driving people strategy, building HR processes from the ground up, and partnering with business leaders across India and the US.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce management for the GCC.
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Drive HR transformation, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Manage HR requirements across India and US markets.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, capability development, and retention.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and governance standards.

Desired Profile

- 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience in setting up or scaling GCCs, Shared Services, or Global Organizations.
- Strong exposure to both Indian and US workforce management.
- Proven expertise in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.
- Hands-on experience in HR Transformation and Change Management initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to build HR functions, processes, and teams from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Background

- GCC / Global Capability Center experience.
- Experience working with multinational organizations.
- Strong business partnering and organizational development expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
