Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates: Freshers can apply; graduation is mandatory.
- Undergraduates: HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Telesales or sales experience is required for undergraduate candidates.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should have a robust interest in sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on home loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain home loan features, eligibility, and process to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation and application processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
