Job Summary

Greetings from EMDEP Test Boards Pvt Ltd, Pune. EMDEP is a Spanish group in the business of design and manufacturing of test equipment for the automotive wire harnesses. We have a state of the art manufacturing facility in Pune and looking for potential candidates to join our Design team on the premises.

Minimum Requirements

- Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) in Mechanical Design
- Basic knowledge of the Spanish language
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SOLIDWORKS

Key Responsibilities

- This position is responsible for designing assembly testing equipment for wiring harness manufacturing
- Responsibilities include design support and training to other plants in the group
- Design audits of all plants in the group,



preparing reports
- Participating in providing input on new developments in design
- Good to have knowledge of Conceptive design, fixture design
- Ability to work independently

Mandatory Skills

- Certified SOLIDWORKS Qualified (CSWP) - Mechanical Design specialization
- Designing skills for assembly and testing equipment (specific to wiring harness manufacturing)
- Fixture and conceptual design (preferred but highly relevant)
