- Independently manages client relationships, with an active awareness of all IRAS products, profitability, and commercial opportunities, and proactive risk mitigation
- Regularly interfaces with senior staff at Northern Trust and/or client offices (CIOs, Treasurers, Directors of Investments), without oversight
- Provides leadership to internal IRAS, operations, and client servicing partners to problem solve the most complex client issues and requests
- Provides data quality oversight, assistance with prioritization of work, and mentorship to less tenured team members
- Leads client projects and provides solutions to client requests
- Assists management with strategic projects and initiatives
- Participates in sales process for prospective and existing clients,

- Uses insights into how the IRAS team integrates with other Northern Trust teams within Business Services, CIS, and Wealth Management to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives, as well as to provide leadership in solving cross-practice problems

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, technology or related field
