Job Summary

Drive the annual performance review cycle end to end, ensuring effective change management for a new performance approach, timely execution of annual performance review cycle, and support on performance management sharing series.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day performance management matters, addressing employee and manager queries, providing guidance on policies and best practices, and ensuring a explicit, consistent, and effective process.
- Maintain day-to-day LD operations, including the setup and optimization of the Learning Requisition Process; define SLAs, streamline approvals, coordinate vendors, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Support talent development forums and succession planning discussions to identify and nurture organizational talent.
- Support talent development initiatives,



including comprehensive succession planning and targeted talent programs.
- Perform any other responsibilities as required by the role and team priorities to meet business needs.

Requirements
