Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email accounts.

Job Requirements :
