- Design of experiments to conduct catalytic organic synthesis
- Batch & Continuous Flow reaction.
- To carryout day to day experiments, study literature and maintain their records.
- To carry R&D; work under the appropriate PPEs.
- To ensure working in-line as per defined operational control and standard operation procedure.
- To control and reduce wastages during performing R&D; activities.
- To perform plant support activities.
- To maintain the stock of consumable items for R&D.;
- To maintain cleanliness at the workplace.
- Awareness of Aspect Impact register & HIRA register, OCPs, SOPs, WIs pertaining to R&D; department.
- Awareness of EHS policy and EHS objective.
- Establish, implement and maintain EHS management system pertaining to R&D; department.
