Skills and Qualifications

- Good knowledge of computer hardware
- Basic networking knowledge
- Windows Linux (Ubuntu) knowledge
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer, or Electronics
- Previous hardware support experience is an advantage
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply
