SYMPHONI HR (www.symphonihr.com ) is a Mumbai-based Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm, established in 2003, with a 150+ member team.

We work with global banks, GCCs, Fortune 500 companies, leading IT organisations, consulting firms and private-equity firms on senior, specialist and leadership hiring mandates across India.

We are looking for Recruitment Professionals with a minimum of 6 months of experience, preferably from recruitment / executive search / staffing firms, who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a long-term career in Talent Advisory and Executive Search.

This is a pure Individual Contributor role, where you will independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing through closure.

Recruitment Consultant

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

2nd & 4th Saturdays Off

Preferred candidates: Professionals residing along the Western Line of Mumbai, considering the Malad West office location.

Role Overview

The role involves end-to-end recruitment and delivery for mandates across leading organisations and sectors.

You will work on assignments for:

Global Banks & Investment Banking firms

GCCs

Fortune 500 companies

Leading IT organisations

Consulting firms

Private Equity firms

The role will involve hiring across specialist, mid-senior and leadership positions, depending on the business mandate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates, from sourcing to closure

Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor mapping

Identify and source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels

Understand client requirements and translate them into effective search strategies

Screen, evaluate and assess candidates against role requirements

Engage with candidates and build strong professional relationships

Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate lifecycle through offer and joining





Maintain accurate candidate, market and search intelligence

Build strong understanding of industries, organisations, functions and talent landscapes

Ensure quality submissions, timely delivery and robust candidate conversion

Work towards defined recruitment targets, closures and delivery objectives

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for recruitment professionals who:

Have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience

Preferably come from Recruitment Firms / Executive Search / Staffing / RPO organisations

Have hands-on experience in sourcing and candidate engagement

Are comfortable managing multiple recruitment mandates

Have strong communication and candidate management skills

Are willing to work in a target-driven environment

Have a strong passion for recruitment and talent identification

Are self-driven and capable of working independently as an Individual Contributor

Are motivated by performance and incentives

Candidates with only corporate HR / US/UK IT recruitment experience may not be preferred for this role.

Compensation

Fixed CTC: 1.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA

The fixed compensation will be determined based on total relevant recruitment experience and profile.
